3D modelling
AMI engineers use tools such as 3D scanning and modelling (AutoCAD Plant 3D) to capture the current site conditions and ensure proposed designs integrate seamlessly without clashing with existing infrastructure. We can even offer virtual reality walk-through of proposed design so that operational staff can get a “hands-on” feel for proposed design solutions.
Process Collaboration
Process and automation engineers at AMI work side-by-side through all phases of the project. This ensures process design intent is fully realised in the software implementation. Commissioning and operator training is executed in the shortest possible timeframe, ensuring downtime for your operation is minimised.
Our Approach
Our general approach is to 3D model and pre-fabricate as much of the process as possible. Pre-wired and pre-commissioned skids minimise costly and often high risk site works. This ensures the highest quality of workmanship under controlled workshop conditions.
